As a customer support Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our farm and agriculture products, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships over the phone. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Mother Earth Farmlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Mother Earth Farmlands' products and services.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather relevant customer information to maintain a robust database of potential clients.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Mother Earth Farmlands' products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Sales Pitch: Present products persuasively and address customer inquiries to convince them of the value proposition of our offerings.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and lead information using the company's CRM software.

Market Feedback: Provide feedback from customer interactions to the marketing and product development teams to help improve products and services.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
