Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Customer Support: Assist Customers with Product Inquiries, Order Placements, and Issue Resolution Through Phone, Email, and Chat.

2. Handle Customer Queries: Address Customer Complaints, Feedback, and Requests in a Professional and Timely Manner to Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

3. Build Customer Relationships: Engage with Customers to Build Rapport, Trust, and Loyalty By Understanding Their Needs and Providing Personalized Support.

4. Conduct Cold Calling: Reach Out to Potential Customers to Introduce Products, Promotions, and Services to Generate Leads and Drive Sales.

5. Manage Telephone Calls: Answer Incoming Calls Promptly, Handle Customer Inquiries Efficiently, and Transfer Calls to the Appropriate Departments When Needed.

required Skills and Expectations:

1. Fluent English: Ability to Communicate Effectively and Professionally in English to Assist Customers from Various Backgrounds.

2. Must Attend Training: Willingness to Undergo Training Sessions to Enhance Customer Support Skills and Product Knowledge.

3. Customer Support Experience: Prior Experience in Customer Service or Support Roles is Beneficial But Not Mandatory for Freshers.

4. Customer Handling Skills: Ability to Empathize with Customers, Remain Patient Under Pressure, and Resolve Issues Promptly.

5. Good Communication Skills: Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills to Convey Information Accurately and Build Positive Relationships with Customers.
