Solve LegalX Private Limited is looking for customer-focused and professional Customer Support
Executives to provide excellent support experience, resolve customer queries efficiently, and
maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat support.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue closure.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Coordinate with internal departments for query resolution.
- Follow up with customers and maintain service quality standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Tele Support, or Client
Coordination.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills.
- Customer-first attitude with willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
