what is expected from the role?

handle inbound call to assist customers with their queries or concerns.

no mti or basic understanding clear and fluent speech essential .

communicate effectively in multiple languages to address customer needs.

maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution of issues within tat (turnaround time).

key responsibilities:

provide voice-based support to customers in multiple languages.

troubleshoot basic queries related to products, services, or accounts.

deliver high-quality service by maintaining call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

escalate complex issues to the appropriate department/team.

ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.

meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets (kpis).
