We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a female with a passion for helping customers and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Customers: Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat to provide effective assistance and solutions.

- Resolve Complaints: Handle customer complaints with patience and clarity, ensuring satisfactory resolutions that enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain Records: Document customer interactions and update accounts to ensure accurate information for future reference.

- Provide Product Information: Educate customers about our products and services, enabling them to make informed decisions.

- Follow Up: Monitor ongoing issues and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the resolution.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess good communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential to create a supportive environment for customers. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management software will be an advantage. Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, along with a desire to learn and grow within the role. A willingness to work in a fast-paced office environment is expected.
