About the Role
AVM Labs is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions across GCC regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about AVM Labs' diagnostic services.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Record all customer interactions, complaints, and follow-up activities in the ERP/CRM system.
Monitor pending requests and ensure timely closure.
Maintain service quality standards and achieve customer support KPIs.
Build positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and courteous support.
Assist customers with appointment scheduling, service requests, and report-related queries.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre, or Client Relationship roles.
Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry will be an added advantage.
