Job Title- Customer Support Executive
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about customer service and enjoys
working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers,
answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: -
€¢ Take inbound and blended calls, answer questions.
€¢ Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
€¢ Assist with activities, documenting leads, and managing databases.
€¢ Calling active and budding clients to encourage the business.
€¢ Perform other duties as assigned.
€¢ Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
€¢ Detail-oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy.
€¢ Excellent oral communication skills and listening skills.
€¢ Experience: Minimum 1 years (Preferred)
€¢ Education- Graduate (Minimum)
