Job Title- Customer Support Executive
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about customer service and enjoys
working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers,
answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: -
Take inbound and blended calls, answer questions.
Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
Assist with activities, documenting leads, and managing databases.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Detail-oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy.
Excellent oral communication skills and listening skills.
Experience: Minimum 1 years (Preferred)
Education- Graduate (Minimum)
