Designation Customer Service Representative

Location Gurugram (Haryana), India. (Work from office)

Working Days: Rotational 5days (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.

Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.

Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

Proficiency in English.

Simple, unambiguous, understandable communication skills.

Awareness of industrys latest technology trends and application

Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Experience:

Experience in providing customer service support with eCommerce, advertising, public relations, or in-house agency preferred

Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.

Qualifications:

12th/Diploma/ Bachelors Degree + Excellent communication skills.
