role: inbound customer service + partial cross selling (credit cards)
qualification: hsc or graduate with 6+ months of bpo voice experience
communication: strong english communication skills (c3 level)
shift: day shift (6:30 am 10:30 pm rotational)
2 rotational week offs
salary: 22,400 in-hand
transport: centralized pick-up & drop from thane station
additional requirements:
cibil score: minimum 720 (no past loan defaults)
assessment: amcat with svar score 60 (mandatory before client round)
