Were looking for dynamic individuals to join our Inbound Customer Service team, supporting credit card-related queries and promoting relevant credit card schemes, offers, and products.
Job Details:
Role: Inbound Customer Service + Partial Cross Selling (Credit Cards)
Qualification: HSC or Graduate with 6+ months of BPO voice experience
Communication: Strong English communication skills (C3 level)
Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM 10:30 PM rotational)
2 Rotational Week Offs
Salary: 22,400 In-Hand
Transport: Centralized Pick-up & Drop from Thane Station
Additional Requirements:
CIBIL Score: Minimum 720 (No past loan defaults)
Assessment: AMCAT with SVAR score 60 (Mandatory before Client Round)
