▪ handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

▪ conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.

▪ keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

▪ follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

▪ take the extra mile to engage customers.
