Job Description

Job Description: This position reports to the mangaer and interfaces with company

managers and end customers.

Specific Responsibilities

â–ª Handle inbound calling for customer service.

▪ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

â–ª Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive

â–ª communication.

â–ª Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

â–ª Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

â–ª Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.

â–ª Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

â–ª Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

â–ª Take the extra mile to engage customers.
