• order processing

• coordinating with warehouse for dispatches.

• coordinating with customers.

• mis reports preparation and maintenance.

• material planning.

• checking and following up outstanding payments.

• creating customer masters in erp.

key activities:

• communication: confident communicator. basic command of english language is desired but more important is being expressive.

• eye for detail: to carefully check open orders before approving.

• follow up: to follow up with warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
