We're looking for talented Customer Service Executives to join our team! As a key member of our blended process, you'll handle 50% voice and 50% chat interactions, providing top-notch service to our US-based customers.

*Responsibilities:*

- Respond to inbound calls and chats from customers

- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to meet sales targets

- Meet customer service metrics, such as First Call Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

*Requirements:*

- 1-3 years of experience in international BPO (customer service or sales B2C)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

- Ability to work in night shifts (US shifts)

- Fluency in English (neutral accent preferred)
