Required Skills and Expectations:

Attention to detail is essential for accurately recording information and addressing inquiries. The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a home environment is necessary. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes will also contribute to success in this role. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are preferred but not required.
