Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice/customer service channels.

Candidate Requirements

1-5 years of experience in International Customer Service / International BPO.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in night shifts.

Candidates with experience handling international/US customers will be preferred.
