Job Description

Language Requirement: Bengali, Burmese, Cantonese, English, Khmer / Thai, Lao, Malay, Mandarin, Tagalog / Filipino, Urdu

Prior experience in international voice process preferred (Freshers with strong language skills may apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.

Meet individual and team performance KPIs (AHT, CSAT, Quality, etc.).

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM system
