Daily Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, and social media.

- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

- Resolve customer concerns at the first point of contact whenever possible.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow service quality standards.

- Achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.

- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
