The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Order & Delivery Coordination: Ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and post-sales follow-ups.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall experience.
Loyalty & Offers: Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
Market Insights: Analyze customer behavior and preferences to provide input for marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
