Job Description

-greet walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle needs.

-maintain accurate lead records in crm systems (., dms / autocrm).

-coordinate test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and appointments with sales consultants.

-provide detailed product information, offers, and finance options to customers.

-ensure timely communication of any delays or changes in delivery.

-conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

-support in organizing customer engagement events, product launches, or showroom campaigns.

-liaise with the sales, finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth transaction flow.

-track customer satisfaction scores and report to the crm / sales manager.
