Salary: 18,000 20,000 (Gross per month)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate offer samples with brokers & delivery team

Collect despatch advice and follow up with Sales & Transporters

Handle invoice & Builty handover to brokers

Ensure timely billing for tea sold (Garden & HO)

Track fund collection & broker payments

Update auction catalogues regularly

Manage couriers (incoming/outgoing)

Report internal & external complaints and track closures

Handle online sales order, packaging, despatch & payment tracking

Support upcoming tea tourism operations booking & coordination

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)

Good communication & coordination skills

Organized, proactive & detail-oriented
