hiring now: customer relationship executive (tea industry)

location: topsia

salary: 18,000 20,000 (gross per month)

key responsibilities:

coordinate offer samples with brokers & delivery team

collect despatch advice and follow up with sales & transporters

handle invoice & builty handover to brokers

ensure timely billing for tea sold (garden & ho)

track fund collection & broker payments

update auction catalogues regularly

manage couriers (incoming/outgoing)

report internal & external complaints and track closures

handle online sales order, packaging, despatch & payment tracking

support upcoming tea tourism operations booking & coordination

requirements:

proficient in ms office (word & excel)

good communication & coordination skills

organized, proactive & detail-oriented
