Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Coordinate offer samples with brokers & delivery team

€¢ Collect despatch advice and follow up with Sales & Transporters

€¢ Handle invoice & Builty handover to brokers

€¢ Ensure timely billing for tea sold (Garden & HO)

€¢ Track fund collection & broker payments

€¢ Update auction catalogues regularly

€¢ Manage couriers (incoming/outgoing)

€¢ Report internal & external complaints and track closures

€¢ Handle online sales €“ order, packaging, despatch & payment tracking

€¢ Support upcoming tea tourism operations €“ booking & coordination

Requirements:

œ… Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)

œ… Good communication & coordination skills

œ… Organized, proactive & detail-oriented
