€¢ Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
€¢ Identify potential sales opportunities or cross-sell additional products/services where appropriate.
€¢ Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns.
€¢ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues or improve processes.
€¢ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
