We are immediately hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive (agent level)
Job Location- Mohali (Industrial Area Phase 8), Punjab (Strictly work from office)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Understand customer queries and respond to it ensuring that all queries/concerns are answered.
· Answers their questions in a clear and concise manner using full sentences without grammatical and spelling errors.
· Respond to customers in the prescribed format given by the client.
Process Type: International Non-Voice (chat plus email) premium process.
Pay Structure
· Freshers (graduates) - Up to 3 LPA + 10 %gross as incentives.
· Experienced - Up to LPA + 10 % gross as incentives.
Eligibility
· Excellent English communication skills required (both spoken and written).
· Any graduates or student pursuing graduation can (with NOC from college) can apply.
· Candidate must be willing to join on immediate basis.
· As we only conducting face to face interviews at the moment so the candidate must be willing to visit us at our office in Mohali, no telephonic or virtual interviews will be taken.
