Job Responsibilities:

• Manage large number of incoming calls from customers

• Resolve the customer queries and complaints in time limit

• Provide full and correct information to customers on product and meet the customer satisfaction

• Upsell the company products and services to achieve the target

Required Skills:

• Good communication

• Excellent command over English & Hindi language

• Familiar with computer system
