We are hiring for the position of Customer care Executive

Role: Inbound/outbound process solving queries of customer related to Retail banking.

Handling customer call.

Location: - Gorwa Road, Vadodara .

Process – SBI Banking Process

Type: Inbound/outbound

Qualification: Min HSC passed or diploma passed and any graduate.

Experience: fresher’s / experience.

Salary: 13k-17k CTC

Inbound: 11,000/-, (Hindi, Gujarati)

Marathi: 13,000/-

Malayalam, Tamil and Punjabi: 18,000/-

Outbound: 15,000/- (English mandatory)

Shifts: Rotational. (work from office)

No Target.
