requirements

proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.

strong communication skills in english; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.

proficiency in microsoft office and general computer skills for effective data management.

excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.

ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy when required.

strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

previous sales experience is a plus, showcasing an ability to upsell or cross-sell products effectively.
