Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle daily office operations, customer coordination, and service scheduling for our AC service business. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
* Schedule AC service, repair, and installation appointments
* Coordinate with field technicians and assign daily jobs
* Maintain customer database and service records
* Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat service
* Manage billing, invoices, and basic accounts records
* Track daily service reports and update management
* Handle basic office administration tasks
Required Skills
* Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
* Strong organizational and multitasking ability
* Customer handling skills
* Ability to coordinate with field staff
Preferred Qualifications
* 12th pass / Graduate
* Prior experience in service industry (AC, appliance, or maintenance business preferred)
