Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Sector 101. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Respond to Customer Inquiries:** Handle incoming calls and messages from customers, providing them with the information they need in a polite and friendly manner.

- **Maintain Records:** Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, helping improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
