Job Description

Attend to customer queries via Mail / Call / WhatsApp log for all the incoming customer issues

2. Ensure that customer complaints are logged and customers are informed about the Ticket-ID for

their complaints

3. Timely update the status of customer complaints as and when issue is resolved and update with

customers on the same.

4. Follow up with customers/aftersales executives on the dispatch and collection of spare parts.
