Attend to customer queries via Mail / Call / WhatsApp log for all the incoming customer issues2. Ensure that customer complaints are logged and customers are informed about the Ticket-ID fortheir complaints3. Timely update the status of customer complaints as and when issue is resolved and update withcustomers on the same.4. Follow up with customers/aftersales executives on the dispatch and collection of spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:1. Perform routine maintenance on equipment: As a service technician, you will be responsible for conducting regular check-ups and maintenance on various types of equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues: You will need to identify the root cause of any technical problems that arise and find solutions to fix them efficiently.3. Repair faulty equipment: Once the issue has been identified, you will be expected to repair the faulty equipment using the appropriate tools and techniques.4. Test equipment after repairs: After completing the repairs, you must thoroughly test the equipment to ensure it is working correctly before returning it to the customer.5. Provide excellent customer service: You will need to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, answering any questions they may have and keeping them informed about the status of their equipment.Required Skills and Expectations:- Possess an I.T.I. certification in a relevant field.- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.- Must be detail-oriented and organized.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to work on-site at the designated location in Banaswadi.
