Amiure International Pvt Ltd is a web designing company that deals with RailRecipe all across the networks in India and is an authorized partner with IRCTC.
Minimum Qualification- FRESHER Considered
Any Graduate(2021-2025 batch considered)
Salary - 8k to 13k
Morning - 7am to 4pm

We are seeking a proactive graduate fresher in Customer Support. He/She Should have strong communication skills (English and Hindi), handling, request processing ,vendor or team coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities of customer care executive:
· To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation
· To process orders in a mannered way
· To coordinate with the vendors and Concerned team
· Responsible for complete customer support
· To take feedback and follow up delivery information per order
· To manage complaints of individual customers
· To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews
· To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints
· Maintain relationship with key operations vendors
· To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when required
