CRM Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generations of leads, creating opportunities & Quotations

• Sending quotations to customers based on inquiries & following up on the same.

• Addressing technical queries

• Conversion of quotes to orders

• Maintaining Customer database

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers

• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales and mass mailing

Requirement :

• Qualification: Minimum BSc in Chemistry - Must

• Basic knowledge about HPLC, GC, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, solvent, and Solute is required

• Should be good in written & verbal communication skills
