As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our outbound call center and driving sales operations for our mineral products, including copper, nickel, cobalt, lithium, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commodity trading and sales management, with the ability to generate leads, manage a team of sales agents/traders, and navigate the complexities of the mineral market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and Manage Sales Team:

* Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents.

* Lead and manage the outbound call center for our company

* Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed goals.

* Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the team's performance.

* Generate and Nurture Leads:

* Develop and implement effective strategies to generate high-quality leads.

* Utilize existing lead sources and explore new avenues to expand the customer base.

* Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.

* Market Analysis and Strategy:

* Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

* Devise sales strategies based on market insights to maximize revenue.

* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to adapt strategies to market dynamics.

* Client Relationship Management:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

* Address client queries and concerns promptly to foster long-term partnerships.

* Performance Tracking and Reporting:

* Implement systems to track sales performance and generate regular reports.

* Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
