€¢ Ensure retention and repeat business from key corporate accounts.
3. Coordination & Execution
€¢ Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
€¢ Coordinate sampling, product customization, price proposals, and approvals.
€¢ Maintain high quality standards and resolve client concerns quickly.
4. Sales Reporting & Targets
€¢ Track sales progress, pipelines, and closures.
€¢ Achieve revenue targets, especially during peak gifting seasons.
€¢ Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and monthly MIS reporting.
