Job Description

1. corporate sales & business development

identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients across industries.

generate leads through networking, references, exhibitions, and outbound outreach.

pitch customized gifting solutions for festivals, events, and year-round requirements.

2. client relationship management

build strong relationships with hr, admin, purchase & marketing heads.

provide end-to-end servicing from pitch to closure to execution.

ensure retention and repeat business from key corporate accounts.

3. coordination & execution

work closely with design, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery.

coordinate sampling, product customization, price proposals, and approvals.

maintain high quality standards and resolve client concerns quickly.

4. sales reporting & targets

track sales progress, pipelines, and closures.

achieve revenue targets, especially during peak gifting seasons.

maintain crm, follow-ups, and monthly mis reporting.
