Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Understand client business objectives and tailor solutions accordingly
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to deliver on client commitments

Conduct periodic review meetings with clients to evaluate service performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Participate in contract renewals and negotiations when required
