Key Responsibilities:

1. **Project Management**: Lead all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring objectives are met on schedule.

1. Project Quantity Surveying: QS & Estimation , Billing ,Planning , Tendering , Contracts , Cost Control Budgeting

2. **Team Coordination**: Work closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on site.

3. **Quality Control**: Monitor work progress and quality, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.

4. **Budget Management**: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid overruns.

5. **Reporting**: Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and timelines.

Required Skills:

- A degree in civil engineering or a related field is essential.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a diverse team effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to team members and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software that facilitate planning and tracking.
