Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.

Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.

Prepare project estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost analyses.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Manage material planning, procurement, and site resources.

Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.

Ensure adherence to local building codes and statutory requirements.
