Job Summary

Senka Homes is looking for motivated and result-oriented Channel Partners to promote and sell our residential real estate projects, including plots, apartments and villas. The Channel Partner will be responsible for generating customer leads, arranging site visits and supporting the sales team in closing property transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and generate prospective property buyers through personal networks, referrals and marketing activities.

Promote Senka Homes' residential plots, apartments and villas.

Explain project specifications, pricing, location, amenities and approval details to prospective customers.

Arrange and coordinate property site visits.

Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with the Senka Homes sales team to facilitate successful property bookings and closures.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, property consultants and referral partners.

Provide regular updates on leads, customer enquiries and sales progress.

Ensure all property information communicated to customers is accurate and authorised by the company.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in real estate sales, property marketing or channel sales is preferred.

Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Knowledge of the Chennai property market is an advantage.

Ability to generate leads and develop customer networks.

Self-motivated, professional and target-oriented.
