Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran is hiring for the position of Call Center Manager. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in BPO, inbound and outbound processes. Any graduate or post-graduate degree is required.
As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for data analysis, data and lead allocation, data maintenance, research and development of lead management systems and calling software, making required reports related to the team, and monitoring assigned targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning manpower to answer the maximum number of calls in real-time. Knowledge of LMS and NPF software is essential for this position.
