Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet assigned performance and quality targets
- Follow company policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a BPO / Call Center role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required
