Nexus People, a leading recruitment and outsourcing company, is hiring experienced Call Center Executives on behalf of a reputed client with a proven background in the BPO industry to join our dynamic team in Chennai. If you have strong communication skills and hands-on call center experience, we-d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Meet assigned performance and quality targets- Follow company policies and proceduresCandidate Requirements- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a BPO / Call Center role- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience preferred- Willingness to work in shifts, if requiredWhat We Offer- Competitive salary (based on experience)- Career growth and learning opportunities
