Cabin Crew are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights. They provide excellent customer service, conduct safety procedures, and handle in-flight emergencies when required.

Key Responsibilities:

🛫 Pre-Flight Duties

Attend pre-flight briefings with the captain and senior crew

Check safety equipment (life jackets, oxygen masks, emergency exits)

Ensure cabin cleanliness and readiness

Verify passenger seating and special requirements

👩‍✈️ Passenger Safety & Security

Demonstrate safety procedures before takeoff

Ensure passengers follow safety regulations (seat belts, electronic devices)

Monitor cabin throughout the flight for safety compliance

Handle emergency situations (medical issues, turbulence, evacuation)

🍽️ In-Flight Service

Serve meals, snacks, and beverages

Assist passengers with their needs during the flight

Provide a high level of hospitality and comfort

Handle duty-free sales (if applicable)

💬 Customer Service

Welcome passengers onboard

Assist elderly, disabled passengers, and unaccompanied minors

Address passenger queries and complaints professionally

Maintain a friendly and positive attitude at all times

🛬 Post-Flight Duties

Assist passengers during disembarkation

Check cabin for lost items

Prepare post-flight reports

Ensure cabin is clean and secure for the next flight

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Teamwork and coordination

Grooming and presentation skills

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

Preferred: Graduate (Hospitality/Aviation background is an advantage)

Physical Requirements:

Good height and weight proportion (as per airline standards)

Clear skin and good eyesight

Ability to swim (mandatory for most airlines)

Physically fit and medically sound

Experience:

Freshers can apply

Prior experience in hospitality/customer service is preferred

Salary Range (India):

Fresher: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Experienced: ₹50,000 - ₹1,20,000+ per month

International airlines: Higher packages + allowances
