Responsibilities:
⦁ Clear evidence of ability to develop new business and shape value-led business propositions in Pharma and Healthcare industry.
⦁ Excellent in communication with high integrity and ethics, adept in B2B and B2C marketing.
⦁ Maintain regular contact and effectively communicate with clients gaining commitment to form long-term liasons.
⦁ Industry experience and C Level Relationship in Indian Pharma/Health care
⦁ Respond to inbound support tickets, ensuring they receive timely, useful information to reduce friction while using the service.
⦁ Make outbound customer calls to address their queries and convert the leads to successful business
⦁ Maximize customer satisfaction through accurate and timely resolution, meeting or exceeding stated service-level agreement (SLAs).
⦁ Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by the Reporting Manager
