Job Location:
Mumbai region - Bhiwandi, Mumbai South, Sativali, Vadape, Vashi and various other locations (local travel involved)
Experience Required:
MBA/Non-MBA: 2 + years
Experience in B2B/B2C logistics sales & marketing
Exposure to Surface, Air (International), Rail, or C2C logistics preferred
Key Details
� Travel: Regular local travel within Mumbai; occasional regional office travel as required
� Salary: -4 lakh - -6 lakh CTC per annum
� Targets / KPIs: Monthly and quarterly targets aligned with revenue, client acquisition, and business growth metrics. KPIs will be defined during onboarding.
� Reporting: Reports to Controlling Manager & Regional Head
� Work Schedule: 6 days a week; 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible based on business needs)
� Tools & Support: ERP system access, marketing/lead generation support, operations and backend support for closures and documentation
� Career Growth: Performance-based growth opportunities toward senior management and regional leadership positions
