essential duties & responsibilities
● expand business in the allotted area through architects, builders, consultants, pmc's and networked with them to generate continuous flow of business leads on proactive basis.
● build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market of central india. create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets.
● maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs.
● project identification stage wise.
● ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.
● identifying prospective clients, and generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitable sales growth.
● have professional sales skills for premium products.
● proactively, rigorously and persistently generate newer sales opportunities
● open to travel wherever required in india or foreign.
