Essential Duties & Responsibilities
â— Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC's and networked with them to generate continuous flow of business leads on proactive basis.
â— Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market of Central India. Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets.
◠Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs.
â— Project identification stage wise.
â— Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.
â— Identifying prospective clients, and generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitable sales growth.
â— Have professional sales skills for premium products.
â— Proactively, rigorously and persistently generate newer sales opportunities
â— Open to travel wherever required in India or foreign.
