• Develop a growth strategy focused on acquiring new clients and agencies across industries
• Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and leads
• Work according to the business targets set by the management
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• In the conversion stage – make demos, meeting clients, getting briefs and briefing the team, and coordinating with them to deliver quality
• Maintain sales trackers for the business team and management to project/bill/analyse
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of generated leads, converted leads, revenue, estimates, invoices etc.
• Provide reliable feedback and post-onboarding support
• Ability to handle all aspects of client and brand development by building long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Help develop a cohesive team to understand and deliver client requirements
