• conducting research to identify customer needs & new market opportunities.

• developing entry level staff into valuable & skilled sales people.

• keeping records of revenues, sales, invoice, etc.

• responsible for business expansion.

• responsible for business generation through new accounts in the specified geographical area.

• proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales & handling clients efficiently.

• setting targets and take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members.

• monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.

• handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory.
