Responsibilities
â— Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead the pitch
â— Identify trends and client needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
â— Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices.
â— Handle client objections and grievances with persuasion and skill
Skills and Qualifications
â— Bachelor's / Master's degree preferably BBA/MBA or related discipline
â— Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
â— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â— Minimum 5 years of working experience with sales techniques for BDM role
