duties and responsibilities
• setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives -brochures, web site, sales campaign etc.
• researching prospective accounts in target markets
• pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
• developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
• setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
• prepare reports after analyzing the data of different institutions
• attending conferences and industry events
requirements
• established network with nursing schools, hsc/intermediate, puc, pdc, arts, commerce colleges & higher educational institutions (heis) would be an added advantage.
• presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence, energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning, independence, motivation for sales.
• experience in selling saas based digital transformation platform and placing students abroad .
