Key Responsibilities-

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by pitching influencer marketing

solutions to brands across multiple industries.

Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including

brand managers and marketing stakeholders at established companies.

Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and target audiences to recommend the most

relevant and high-performing creators from our network.

Execute structured outbound sales efforts, including cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.

Develop and present customized influencer marketing proposals aligned with the client€™s

vision, supported by creative strategy and data-driven insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign planning and execution.

Key Requirements-

2-5 years of hands-on experience in business development within the influencer marketing

industry.

Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, with direct experience working with brands

and creators.

Proven track record of closing deals for influencer marketing agencies.

Demonstrable wins, including clients acquired, campaigns launched, and revenue generated.

An existing network of brand-side contacts that can be leveraged to accelerate business growth

from day one.

Skills & Qualifications-

Up-to-date knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.),

and relevant tools/analytics.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the confidence to handle objections and

close deals effectively.

Ability to build high-conversion sales pipelines and design tailored influencer strategies based

on brand goals and audience insights.

A relationship-driven mindset with a passion for building long-term partnerships.

A data-focused, goal-oriented approach with an emphasis on measurable results and

campaign performance.
