Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in Surat, India. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience and a strong background in developing strategies to boost sales for legal advocate firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs, helping to inform strategic decisions.

2. **Lead Generation**: Develop and implement creative strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.

Required Skills and Expectations:

A graduate degree in business or a related field is required. Fluency in English and local languages will be an advantage.
