Experience: Proven experience (often 5+ years) in business development, sales, or a relevant role. (First Preferred in Agricultural and Pumps Industries)
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitor activity.

Strategic Planning: Define and implement strategies for market expansion, setting sales targets, and forecasting revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact.
Sales & Negotiation: Prepare, present, and negotiate, proposals and contracts to win new business and improve existing partnerships.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure client needs are met.
Vendor Development : Focuses heavily on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers, as well as negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
Business Development : Concentrates on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships (often B2B), and driving regional sales growth.
Procurement/Sourcing : Involves strategic sourcing, managing the acquisition of goods/services, market analysis, and new vendor scouting.
