Job Description

- lead the business solutions team: this role requires you to manage and oversee a team responsible for developing and implementing business solutions for clients.

- develop strategic partnerships: you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential partners to enhance the company's business solutions offerings.

- drive sales targets: the business solutions manager is expected to create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share in the b2b sector.

- conduct market research: stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and ensure the company's solutions remain competitive.

- collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of business solutions to clients.

- required skills:

1. minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.

2. strong understanding of cybersecurity, saas, it services, and sales management.

3. bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

4. proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets in a b2b environment.

5. ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

6. experience in the bfsi sector is a plus.
